MEET
AMANDA

My name is Amanda Perrot, and I am an entrepreneur, business owner, leadership coach, and speaker who shows women how to listen to their voices, access their innate wisdom, and step into leadership in all areas of their lives. 


I am the founder of the Alcheme vocal empowerment platform, which supports entrepreneurs and organizations to remember who they truly are, to use their voices to advocate for themselves and their businesses, and to actualize the impact they’re truly capable of. But I’m not some rando business coach with no actual experience in building and maintaining a successful business; for the last 11 years, I’ve owned 1st Choice Graphics, an award-winning printing company which currently employs 15 team members and is based in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan, Canada. 

As a speaker, I understand that getting my face in front of audiences helps not only my visibility (and Alcheme’s visibility!) and our ability to serve more people as a result, but it also shows that I’m willing to walk my talk and use my voice -
especially when it shakes.

I am also a Step into Your Moxie® Certified Facilitator, and I incorporate experiential vocal empowerment activities throughout the collective; these activities are incredibly powerful in building confidence quickly and effectively.

I have a confession to make:

For longer than I care to admit, I led my business with “big bro” versus “big business” energy.

I thought that’s how I needed to run a business for it to be successful.

Push, push, push, and occasionally be an asshole about it.

The unfortunate part of this is that many of our most revered business leadership qualities are inherently feminine.

I’m on a mission to ensure that mission-driven, big-hearted women entrepreneurs possess a pathway and a community to grow their businesses by:

  • Recognizing and harnessing their inner wisdom to make everyday choices and big business decisions with more ease and flow

  • Developing a mutually beneficial relationship with their business (Yes, there’s a way to love your business and have it love you back!)

  • Addressing obstacles getting in their way of going after visibility opportunities that allow them to serve and call-in opportunities and clients

  • Integrating rest and recalibration into their life… every damn day!
