Alcheme has been evolving since 2015. What started as Grounded Goodness - a company whose mission was to spread goodness and kindness - quickly evolved into a women’s empowerment platform. Through speaking events (“Sisterhood,” anyone?!), products (the “don’t be a dick” shirts), and random acts of kindness, we always understood that kindness is at the root of everything we do.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, the company took a step back to evaluate: what do we actually do?

We are grateful for that space, because in that pause, we became clear. Seven years later, we know: Life often hands us really challenging times (divorce, death, career change, infertility, burnout, etc). It’s not all rainbows and butterflies…which is what Grounded Goodness very much was about. And while kindness is still at the root of everything we do, we know there is more. We understand that life is about all of it: the grief, the loss, the joy, the growth.

Alcheme is the next evolution: where we allow for all, and don’t shy away from any of it.

Meet the founder

Amanda Perrot

Amanda Perrot is a speaker, entrepreneur, coach, and lover of well-placed F-bombs. The founder of the Alcheme women’s empowerment platform, Amanda shows women how to listen to their voices, access their innate wisdom, and step into leadership in all areas of their lives. Having journeyed from a career in corporate to entrepreneurship, Amanda is passionate about activating women’s success because she had to learn how to move from victim to victor in her own life.
